White Plains
The county seat of Westchester is host to many of the commercial, artistic and civic attributes of a mid-sized city. The Legacy
The Jacob Purdy House, constructed in 1730, is a National Historic Landmark and was George Washington's HQ during the Battle of White Plains in 1776.
